Reef Eco-Systems offers maintenance service for natural marine aquariums in our local
Sonoma County, California area. We
have a combined experience of 50 years in the aquarium hobby, and are fanatically
enthusiastic about our business and our customers success. Our
love and care for marine life is demonstrated in every system we maintain. Every
account we accept is maintained entirely by us - no outside contractors, substitutes or
non-professional aquarists are utilized. In this way your account will always be
assured the excellent, professional service and attention it deserves.

Maintenance
service is based on the requirements of the system being maintained, and the needs of
the livestock within it. Most reef systems require attention once a week, but total time
necessary is dictated entirely by each individual system. Maintenance schedules will
vary by system, and can include any or all of the following:
 | Regular maintenance
visits, approximately 4 times per month (frequency based on size and system requirements)

 | Additional service on an "as
needed" basis, for emergency or special service as required/requested
|
 | Reef conversion or any other special system
upgrades would involve an incremental cost |
Our hourly rate for regular service and/or consultation is $65/hour.
Emergency visits include a premium of $65, plus the regular $65/hour for service and
travel time. Any and all supplies (including light bulbs) required to satisfy the
needs of the system are delivered to the account, on an as needed basis. Services and
supplies are invoiced jointly, on a monthly basis, with the balance due upon
receipt. Late charges will accrue on accounts past due over 30 days.
Customers' regular appointment schedules will be adjusted to accommodate
National Holidays, and twice annual vacation absences.
