Orders are filled the day after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. This means for customers selecting Next Day Shipping, when placing an order on a Friday, the order will not ship until the following Monday, for Tuesday arrival. In certain cases, orders can be shipped the day they are placed, but this cannot be guaranteed. When you order is processed by Coral Reef Eco-Systems, you will be emailed a tracking number and a link to FedEx.com, where you can track your order. Keep in mind it takes up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show up in the FedEx on-line tracking system.
What is your Return Policy? Light bulbs purchased from Coral Reef Eco-Systems may be returned for refund or exchange within five (5) days of customer receipt. A Return Authorization number (RA#) must be obtained from Coral Reef Eco-Systems prior to the return of any items. An RA# can be obtained by contacting Coral Reef Eco-Systems at (707) 869-4100. The packaged items for return must be post-marked for return within 5 days of receipt of the items. Coral Reef Eco-Systems will replace any defective product, including bulbs, for up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Any bulb claim after that time period will be referred to the manufacturer. Lighting Systems manufactured by Coral Reef Eco-Systems are warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase. All other lighting systems and lighting accessories are limited to our 30-day warranty, and then to the specific manufacturer's warranty period, which varies depending on manufacturer. |
